What is a UBET Cash Agent?

UBET Cash Agents are verified people who help players move money in and out of UBET in local currency. The agent uses their own local bank account or e-wallet: players pay the agent for a deposit, and the agent pays players for a withdrawal. Every order runs inside the UBET app with clear time limits, and UBET staff review any dispute. Players do not need crypto.

How it works

1. Each Cash Agent keeps a float in USDT with UBET. It is the agent's own money.
2. A player creates a deposit and UBET picks an online agent automatically. Agents with good speed and reliability scores get more orders.
3. The player pays the agent's local bank account or e-wallet in local currency. The agent sees the money in their own app and confirms, and UBET credits the player's wallet from the agent's float.
4. For a withdrawal, the agent sends local currency to the player's own account, and UBET adds the same amount back to the agent's float. Agents never pay winnings from their own pocket.
5. The agent earns a commission on every completed order.

Markets and the local methods agents use

Agents accept deposits and pay withdrawals with their own local accounts. The methods below are examples of what is common in each market, not UBET partners; the app shows the exact methods each agent offers.

• Nepal (NPR): eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay and bank transfer (for example Nabil, NIC Asia, Global IME, NMB, Prabhu and Laxmi Sunrise).
• Vietnam (VND): for example bank transfer with VietQR, MoMo, ZaloPay.

• Nigeria (NGN): for example bank transfer, OPay, PalmPay, Moniepoint.

• Indonesia (IDR): for example QRIS, Virtual Account, bank transfer.

Today Nepal is the only market with an active agent. In the other markets the program is open for new agents, but players will usually see the option as Offline until a local agent is online. Usual agent hours are 09:00 to 00:00 local time.

For players: deposit via a Cash Agent

1. Open Deposit and choose Pay via agent.
2. Enter the amount and choose your bank or e-wallet (or Any). The minimum is 5 USD or the local equivalent; new players can deposit up to 50 USD per request.
3. Tap Get payment details. The app shows the agent's account (bank or e-wallet and holder name), the exact amount and your request code.
4. Pay within 30 minutes: send the exact amount and write the request code in the transfer note.
5. Add a screenshot or the reference of the transfer and tap I have paid.
6. The agent checks their own bank or wallet app and confirms, usually within 30 minutes. Your wallet is credited right away.

Only pay the account shown in the app for your request. Payment details sent by WhatsApp, Telegram or phone are never valid: UBET agents will never ask you to pay outside the app.

For players: withdraw via a Cash Agent

1. Open Withdraw and choose Cash agent.
2. Enter the amount and choose the bank account or e-wallet where you want to be paid. It must be in your own name, and it is saved for next time.
3. Tap Request withdrawal. The amount is locked from your balance immediately.
4. The agent pays you within 1 hour during agent hours. Requests made outside the hours are paid before 10:00 the next morning (local time).
5. When the money arrives, tap Received. If you do nothing, the withdrawal is marked received automatically 48 hours after the agent marks it paid.

The minimum withdrawal is the same as on the normal Withdraw page, for example NPR 1,500 or VND 250,000; in currencies without a set minimum it is the 10 USD equivalent. Your wagering requirement must be met first.

Player protection and disputes

• You paid, but the agent rejected or did not answer: tap Open a dispute. The agent must prove within 24 hours that your money did not arrive; without proof, you are credited.
• Withdrawal marked paid, but nothing arrived: tap Not received. The agent must show proof of payment to your account; without proof, the locked amount returns to your wallet.
• You noticed a problem later: claims within 7 days are still reviewed by UBET staff.
• Fake receipt or no request code: the dispute is dismissed and the account is flagged.

Proof photos are private: only you, the assigned agent and UBET staff can see them, and they are deleted 30 days after the request is closed.

Become a Cash Agent: what you earn

• 5% of every completed deposit you handle and 2% of every completed withdrawal you handle.
• A deposit earns commission only after the player has played at least the deposited amount once (1x). Deposits made just to move money earn nothing.
• Commission is held for a short period (currently 1 day) and then released. You can cash it out in USDT or move it into your own UBET game wallet.
• Earnings depend on the orders you receive and complete. There is no guaranteed income.

Why it is safe for you

• Your float stays your money. The first top-up is not a fee: you use it to credit players, and you can cash it out.
• You never pay winnings from your own pocket: every withdrawal you pay is added back to your float.
• No large deposit up front: a guarantee of 5% of each top-up builds up slowly and is returned in full when you stop and no dispute has been open for 30 days.
• Clear rules for you and for players, and UBET support handles disputes.

What you need

• 18 years or older.
• A confirmed UBET player account in a market where the program is open. Players referred by an affiliate can apply too.
• A smartphone and a local bank account or e-wallet in your own name that players can pay to.
• A first float top-up of at least 20 USDT (TRC20). Later top-ups start from 10 USDT.
• Telegram is optional but recommended: link it to get order alerts even when the app is closed.
• Acting as a payment agent may be restricted by law in some countries. Check your local rules; that responsibility is yours.

How to apply

1. Log in or sign up at game.ubet.fun, open Account, then UBET Cash Agent in the menu, and tap Join now.
2. Your details: add the bank or e-wallet accounts players will pay you on (holder name = your name), your city and, if you like, your Telegram username. Accept the agent rules and the Agent Terms.
3. First top-up: send at least 20 USDT on TRC20 to the address shown in the app, then enter the transaction hash and the address you sent from. Your cash-outs only ever go back to that address.
4. UBET checks the payment on the blockchain and activates your agent account.
5. Open your Cash Agent Panel, switch to Active and start receiving orders.

Working as an agent

• Active or Inactive: switch yourself, or set your own working hours and switch automatically. Orders reach you in the panel, and on Telegram during your hours if it is linked.
• Deposits: confirm only when the money is really in your bank or wallet app, never on a screenshot or a promise. Confirm or reject within 30 minutes after the player reports payment.
• Withdrawals: pay the player within 60 minutes during your working hours, only to the account shown in the order.
• Disputes: send your proof within 24 hours. UBET reviews both sides and its decision is final.
• Top-ups and cash-out: top up from 10 USDT. Cash out your available float in USDT (TRC20) to your registered address: minimum 10 USD, once every 24 hours.

Order limits grow with your track record

• Start: up to 50 USD per order and 2 open orders, after joining and the first top-up.
• Grown: up to 300 USD per order and 5 open orders, after 30+ completed orders, 95%+ completion, no confirmed complaints and a video check.
• Large: up to 1,000 USD per order and 10 open orders, on request, with a higher guarantee, photo ID and a selfie.
